Which is what I keep telling myself. lol Seriously though, I’m busy as heck but I’m not minding that so much. It keeps me from thinking bad thoughts, at least as much as I am capable of.
I’m working on a new project; a new version of Get Resmerized for a new site and new community. I’ll tell you about it soon, give me a couple weeks:) Its a secret. But I will tell you, if psychic stuff is your thing, you will freakin’ luv it:) Premiering Sunday September 15th live. hehe!

I’m not at all waving a tearful goodbye to 2006. In the spirit of making resolutions and plans for the new year, I’ve decided to not rush it. Most of us approach this concept with the same herd mentality we practice during a really good sale at Walmart. We rush to the store at the last minute, knock everyone else out of the way, grab the first likeness of what we wanted before anyone else can get their grubby little hands on it and allow ourselves to feel a misplaced sense of relief that from this moment we’re different somehow because we said so.

Focus on the music, try not to compare it to the background muzac you heard the last time you were in a funeral home. Try not to remember the sickly smell of 20 different kinds of floral arrangements that were at that moment, having a near death experience of their own. That’s right, don’t think about that anymore. Thoughts are things thought are things!
Go over to the cabinet behind you and light some incense. Oops, that reminds me of the spiritualist meeting I went to once in someone’s home where everything was light blue and I do mean everything. Wait a second, it wasn’t all that different from a funeral home. ok ok stop that. *sigh I’m supposed to be feeling as if I’m drifting toward enlightenment; peaceful, tingly, slightly warm, as if a presence were all around me… I’m starting to feel like Carol Ann in Poltergeist.
Enlightenment ain’t what its cracked up to be. I already have that deer-in-the-headlights look on my face most of the time without any otherworldly beings helping me attain it. Besides I’m very nearsighted, and people who smile all the time irritate me.
Still listening to the meditation music but now its sounding like rushing water over stones in a pond. I got stoned at a pond once. I think I’m gaining a level of clarity. I think its becoming ever so clear that being a guru is not going to be my destiny. I tell people every day how to create their own destiny. One day my destiny is going to suck me right into the monitor just like Carol Ann.

Which is why I’m working this week on getting my internet radio show “Get Resmerized” back on the net hopefully by Sunday, July 30th at 9 pm eastern time. Yes I’ll go live, yes it will be about psychic topics and various other weird topics typical of moi.
Here’s what you’ll need: a broadband connection, something that plays mp3’s, the willingness to hang out in the world of the weird, and possibly a tin foil beeny (only because I want to see how many of you simply do what you’re told without question.)
I’ll be answering email and doing mini readings during the first part of the show every week so click here to send a Resmyrrandum with your questions and comments to be read during the show. I get this newsletter via email called “Guided Thinking“. I enjoy receiving it, its informative and full of ways to think differently, i.e. ‘better’ so that you don’t sabotage yourself with negative thought patterns. The title of the newsletter though is what got me thinking a little. I doubt this is what the creators had in mind but hey, I take full responsibility for my own brain and the paths it creates.

When did there get to be ‘levels’ of a romantic relationship? Perhaps I’m too much of a linear thinker when it comes to all things romantic, but to me, its there or it isn’t. A client asked me the question I think I get most, “when will our relationship go to the next level?”
Sometimes I just look at the screen and stare at it as if my monitor will disappear as the result of a time shift into an era when I didn’t have to come up with answers to things that don’t make sense to me. Sometimes I wish it would.

I would like to dispel the mystery of Ressy once and for all. Yes, I am a pixel person. We’ve been working on taking over the internet quietly for years now posing as everything from ecommerce entrepeneurs to webmasters to online psychic advisors. All this time you thought there were mere humans behind these things; foolish mortals! Admit it, life without the internet would be inconvenient, mono-syllabic and just plain boring. You’ve come to depend on it for entertainment, communication, even your social life pathetic as it is. Most humans wouldn’t know what to do without their ISP’s anymore to get them through the days and nites on planet earth. You’ve heard it said we’re all connected? Yeah baby, no its not just a telecommunications slogan or a newage way to get you to transfer your digital debit balance. Put ya in an open field with no electricity, no com line and no ISP and you’d just stand there dribbling on yourself staring up into the sky looking for your mommy. You know its true. Pixel people run the universe and now your world too puny human. Adaptation is harmony. Wired or wireless, you are not just participating in the world wide web, you ARE the web. Feeling a little insecure today? A little anxious? A little…lost in space? Don’t worry little carbon based being. To restore order to your universe immediately: Get Resmerized.

I’ve decided to create a list of resolutions for those of you who can’t make up your mind exactly what it is you want to change about yourself. Admit it ladies, none of your previous resolutions have worked out. I know because I’ve done the same thing. Heck if my own resolutions stuck year after year, I’d be so perfect no one would be able to stand me. So lets be reasonable women. This year, lets come up with things that aren’t totally out of reach.

I hope you’re all having a lovely holiday season. I say that slightly tongue-n-cheek because from the looks of things out there in the real world, many of you have lost your minds. It comes down to this: if you’re going to be grumpy, greedy, anxious and just plain rude, stay home and break something instead of trying to mix with the rest of humanity. There’s your thought that counts thing.
Last time I checked, I bear no resemblance whatsoever to the Good Fairy. I have nothing against the color pink, but only because it goes well with black. I also have a terrible confession to make, I do not talk to angels nor do they talk to me. We have a mutual agreement to stay out of each other’s way and besides, I’m allergic to feathers.

Every now and then I come across something I thought I understood but had all wrong as it turns out. Every so often the light comes on and it occurs to me that I’ve realized some amazing truth that should have been obvious, amazing, to me anyway. The thing is, I then am compelled to do the seemingly impossible, attempt to explain it.
