You are soooo on POINT with this one Ressy. Sometimes changing seems to bring bigger storms than before and I always seem to get ‘caught up’ in the hum drum day to day myself and I HATE it! Literally life itself makes it easy to get distracted so much that I am even ready to throw out the cable box and yet I have to keep the internet for everything else! lol. Everyone has their own reasons for using Twitter to be sure, but for me personally, its not the numbers that matter, its the relationships that form out of them. I have no problem with anyone who wants to follow me because of course, I have all sorts of people from all sorts of lifestyles who are interested in psychic topics and getting readings etc., even skeptics, religeous folks and lawyers. lol

But, I cannot possibly have equal quality relationships with ALL of them. So for you, or anyone, where Twitter is supposed to ‘go’ is relative to what you personally have in mind.

I also don’t think I’m being very considerate to just follow someone who follows me, just because they did. If I can’t show interest or participate in their ‘thing’, just giving them another digit to add to their account isn’t exactly showing that person I care what they’re about ya know? This life thing; Its all about relationships. I’m trying to do better at that:)

Yes, but if you are following someone and they follow you back, because they are reading the same e-zines you are, and this happens with a gazillion different people all following each other, isn’t that just a circular reference in a closed group and not really going anywhere?
