Thank you for looking into getting a video chat reading with me. What does that mean exactly and how is it done?

1. Click on the button to your right that says “Video Chat With Res Now” after you make your choice from the dropdown menu. Does it say “Offline”? Check again in a few, I’m probably on a break, having dinner or running an errand. You can do two things: go ahead and pay for the time you want (I’ll get an email) or check again later. Does it say “Online Now”? Great! You’ll be taken to my chatroom and there you’ll find lil ol’ me waiting for lil ‘ol you.

2. “Do I need an appointment to get a reading?” Nope! In fact, the best way to reach me is to look. Either I’m online, or I’m not. No worries, I’m online alot. ;)

3. “What happens if I pay for a reading while you’re not online?” I’ll get an email telling me that you did that. Then, I’ll email you right back with the link to my chatroom, and I’ll make sure we get together. Be sure and use an email that you actually check alot when using PayPal otherwise it’ll just be a pain for both of us.

4. “Do I need a webcam?” Nope.

5. “What is a ‘downloadable video’ reading?” If you don’t have the time or are just too shy to video chat with me live, you can email me all your questions/concerns. Within 24 hours, I’ll make a video for you with the answers and send you the link to download it. This way, you can refer to it as often as you like or just keep it for other creepy reasons I don’t wanna know about.
